Bob has many years experience working with businesses of all sizes, from very small to Fortune 50, to identify and resolve issues that block productivity and growth. He has helped clients identify and address issues in marketing and sales; organizational development; performance management, leadership, and motivation; process and unit performance optimization; business model definition, and implementation,
Before joining Forte Group Bob was an independent business and management consultant. He served as a board member of Healthshare America. Prior to that he was a marketing executive with a large technology company. He also served as manager of a world-wide technology systems integrator, and as an independent consultant to multiple commercial and public sector clients.
He has taught management, marketing, and technology in different accredited MBA and Masters of Computer Science programs and is the chair of the Management track for the International Independent Business University. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Independent Business, the world's largest business consultant accreditation organization which has accredited over 4,000 Associates in 28 countries. Bob holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with honors from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with honors from Arizona State University. |
