Bledrock Refining, founded in 2004 is a development stage company dedicated to refining heavy crude and sweet light crude oil in an economical process that is more economical than those currently being employed by other tar sands or shale oil operations. Bledrock Refining is partnering with a seasoned manufacturer of modular portable refineries. A Forte Group partner is engaged to assist in locating investment capital.
CalTex Energy Co., is a privately-owned oil and gas company licensed and bonded in the State of Texas. CalTex focuses on exploiting new, innovative technologies in the mature well arena of the oil and gas industry; and has assisted in the development of a revolutionary lifting unit designed specifically for the marginal well industry. CalTex has selectively acquired oil and gas leases representing 1,000 wells in the Austin Chalk formation that have 30-40 years of productive life remaining. Cascade Manufacturing, L.P., a Texas limited partnership is engaged in the business of designing, developing and marketing certain zone demand controlled dual heat pump systems and controllers used in HVAC applications for residential and commercial entities referred to as “Cascade Energy Savers”. Forte Group was engaged to conduct business plan and due-diligence activities for the sale of the company.
Dresser Flow Control is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and supply of valves, pumps, actuators, meters, regulators, piping specialties, and control solutions for the exploration and production, transmission, and distribution sectors of the oil and natural gas industries. Forte Group was engaged to provide operations consulting services.
Electrowave USA is a marine control systems integration company providing control systems to the military, ocean transport, and oil and gas industries.  A Forte Group partner worked with EW to find recovery and operating funds and to position the company for acquisition.  EW has since become a part of Deep Down, Inc.
Formed in January 2002, Mobius Risk Group, LLC is a commodity advisory firm that provides large energy-consuming companies, utilities and municipalities, and small to mid-sized exploration and production companies with innovative solutions to reduce exposure to energy market risks, improve energy procurement decisions, optimize and value assets, reduce energy consumption, and improve bottom-line financial performance. Forte Group was engaged to assist in business development.
Starting small in 1999 with only three service vehicles, Merit Services, Inc., a commercial HVARC company, has grown to over 15 service vehicles serving national and local commercial businesses. In 2007, a Forte Group Partner assisted with the acquisition of funding for the Operating Partner to buy the business from silent partners, establish a substantial marketing program and assisted the new owner in establishing the necessary business acumen skills to successfully take over the business.
Infrastructure Technology Solutions, LLC organized in 2005 to take advantage of the vast need for water and sewer infrastructure repair needs, both in the USA and abroad. ITS owns Desert Pipeline, Inc., a wet utility company doing water and sewer installation and rehabilitation company in Southern California. Forte Group has been engaged to assist in locating investment capital for acquisitions.
Precision Road Boring, established in 1988, specializes in trenchless installations of phone cable, fiber optics, and electrical services into existing infrastructures via auger boring equipment. Forte Group was engaged to locate financing for business expansion.
Schmidt Electric, founded in 1982 has proven and established itself as a Central Texas leader of design-build electrical and communications infrastructure projects, providing fast-track electrical solutions for special technology, commercial, institutional end-user customers and general contractors. Forte Group was engaged to develop an exit strategy and conduct due diligence for the existing owners.
The Safe Fuels Group has followed research conducted by U.S. and NATO military laboratories for years on the development of fire resistant fuel that prevent explosions and flame propagation related to accidents and ballistic ignition sources. The company currently markets a biodiesel fuel under the SAFuel name. In 2006, Safe Fuels became Safe Renewables Corp. Forte Group partners were engaged in business development, funding activities and as interim officers in the company.
  Sandhill Ethanol LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, was formed in 2006 to take advantage of the mandate issued by the United States congress for productions of 30.5 Billion gallons of ethanol by 2012. Sandhill Ethanol LLC.  The Company desires to design, build, own and operate 7 corn to ethanol production facilities and 1 edible oil crushing plant on tide water Camden, NJ.  A Forte Group partner is engaged to assist in locating investment capital. 
Founded in 1996 in Ennis, TX, Sjobrand, Inc. operates out of twin plants in North Texas offering analysis, engineering, design and fabrication capabilities for precision manufacturing of urethane and rubber-based parts. During 2006-2007, a Forte Group Partner was engaged to provide business development, marketing and product diversification programs to increase revenue and profit margins for this established enterprise.
Texoga Fire Technologies is the North American VAR and Distributor for unique commercial fire-fighting equipment based upon the all-terrain Leopard I Main Battle Tank retrofited with water/foam cannon, storage and bulldozer-blade capabilities. Forte Group has been engaged in business development and advisory capacities.
