	Founded in 2003, in Dallas, Texas, B2 Networks Inc. performs television style live and VOD broadcasting on the internet. In 2006, B2 Networks received a Series A round of funding. Forte Group assisted with the launch of B2FaithTM and its faith-based broadcasting.
	BigReferral.com provides ecommerce businesses with a low cost approach to acquiring new customers using a viral marketing platform. Forte Group was engaged to develop the initial business plan and conduct business development activities.
	Founded in 2004, in Seattle, Washington, Coda Solutions, Inc., develops and markets its BoomerangTM hardware and software products that eliminate effects from Malware and User error to the Client Workstation-with just a reboot. Forte Group participated as interim officers in the company.
	Creative Geographics, Inc., founded in 2007, is a Dallas Texas-based company with unique Virtual Environmental Conversion Technology (VECT) which allows faster, and considerably lower cost 3D satellite mapping and rendering solutions to a host of industries. Forte Group partners are engaged in business development activities.
	Electrocast.com a digital media company with core business focused on B2B on-demand sponsored event and corporate broadcasting. Forte Group was engaged in business development activities.
	EPICentrix Technologies, Inc. (CDNX: EPC), incorporated in 1989, is an internet software eCommerce company which provides leading edge software products developed from proprietary and NASA technologies delivered to the oil and gas industry. EPC was sold in 2003. Forte Group partners were engaged to assist in funding and acquisition activities.
	eWave Networks, Inc. developed an advanced advertising booking and delivery system by enabling the insertion of both profile and geographic based targeted advertising into broadband steams at the “edge” of the Internet.  eWave was sold to Loudcloud which was in-turn sold to EDS and now HP. 	Founded in 1999, MVL Technologies is a fabless semiconductor company organized as a Delaware corporation. MVL Technologies holds the exclusive, worldwide license for the technology that has been named Supplementary Symmetrical Logic Circuit Structure, or SUS-LOC. SUS-LOC is intended primarily for the design and fabrication of fully active logic circuits that use a radix or base number greater than 2, allowing binary and multiple-valued circuits to coexist within a common product and production environment. MVL Technologies was sold in 2004. Forte Group was engaged for business development, to secure funding, and to participate as interim officers in the company.
	Micro-News Network, LLC was founded in March 2000 and  provides wireless products and services for emergency warnings systems for the  consumer, commercial, governmental, communications, service provider, and advertising markets. Forte Group was engaged to assist in product development and operations.
	Voyagen, founded in 2000, is a leader in full-service sales support that combines live agents with current business automation tools, Voyagen provides an as-you-go service that allows sales professionals to spend less time on administrative duties and spend more time on selling. In 2001, Voyagen was sold to YCO Holdings. Forte Group was engaged to assist in selling the firm and as interim officers in the company.
	Vuico, Inc. was founded in July 2001 and specializes in providing wireless and mobile computing video products. Vuico provides a comprehensive suite of online products and professional services transforming standard websites into interactive social networks.
