	Chronic Car Audio Inc., founded in 2003 is focused on providing services to the car audio, alarm and mobile video segment of the retail electronics industry. CCAU is currently conducting operations and has 6 retail locations. These stores concentrate on sales and installation of such name brands as Pioneer, Powerbass, Sony, Kicker, Directed, Orion„ AutoPage, Panasonic, and Hornet. Forte Group has been engaged to assit in locating expansion funding for new store acquisitions.
	Dell Computer Corporation (Dell), founded in 1984, is one one the world’s largest computer companies offering a full range of computer products and services. Forte Group partners have been engaged in a number of capacities ranging from professional and field service activities to computer installations.
	Elite Logistics Services, Inc. (ELOG) designs manufactures and sells Telematics hardware and provides time and location specific asset tracking, monitoring and management via the Internet, text-enabled wireless access devices or Elite’s 24 hr. Control Center. In 2000, ELOG went public and subsequently was sold. Forte Group was engaged to assit in operations and ELOG’s IPO.
	EngineTech Industries, LLC is a Master Importer and Distributor of high quality European industrial and marine products for the North American market. EngineTech concentrates on two Italian product lines; Diesel engines from VM Motori, S.p.A. and engine accessories from Twin Disc Technodrive, S.r.l. Forte Group was engaged to develop an exit strategy, business plan and conduct due diligence for the exisiting owners.
	Etion designs, develops, manufactures and markets rechargeable polymer lithium ion batteries for mobile communication devices including notebook computers, PDAs, handheld personal computers, or cellular phones. Forte Group partners were engaged in business development and as interim officers in the company.
	Knight Aerospace, founded in 1992, provides the design, manufacture and installation of Commercial and Military Aircraft Interiors, Aircraft Ground Support Equipment, Mobile Engine Test Stands (METS), Palletized Passenger Interiors and VIP Staff Module Conversions for cargo aircraft for US and foreign governments and US military contractors. A Forte Group partner is engaged to assist in locating investment capital.
	Masterworks International Inc., a Computer Services and Solutions Provider, was founded in 1991, and sells, rents, leases, and repairs used and obsolete HP computer systems, and tier-one networking equipment. MasterWorks customers are a cross section of scientific, technical, educational, and industrial service industries; of small and medium businesses. Forte Group was engaged in business development, funding activities and as interim officers in the company.
	McGUFFY Systems, LP, founded in 1952, manufactures gas turbine air filter housings, exhaust silencers and a complete line of intake filtration systems and enclosures. The company also stocks and distributes other manufacturer’s products including synthetic lubricants, filters, and couplings. Forte Group was engaged to develop an exit strategy and conduct due diligence for the existing owners.
	Packaging Service Co., Inc. (PSC), founded in 1971, is a chemical packaging firm of paint, sundry, automotive, grocery and houseware products, under the brand names of Crown, Krona, Picnic, Clean-Fresh, and Royal Edition. A Forte Group partner was engaged in an interim officer capacity and to assist in locating debt financing.
	Suntron Corporation is focused on the electronic manufacturing services industry delivering engineering and manufacturing solutions with capabilities to support the life cycle of complex products within the Aerospace and Defense, Industrial, Semiconductor Capital Equipment, Network and Telecommunications, and Medical Equipment market segments. Forte Group was engaged in business development activities.
	Houston-based manufacturing company, Taurus Manufacturing is a leader in the design and manufacture of high quality products produced to Western standards while capitalizing on lower cost Asian manufacturing facilities. Forte Group partners were engaged in business development activities.
	TyRex Manufacturing, founded in 1995, is a full manufacturing service and, technology solutions provider. Specializing in the high-tech industry with world-class and worldwide procurement and manufacturing capabilities. Forte Group partners were engaged in business development activities.
	WorldWide Wire was incorporated in Texas in February, 2003 and specializes in ordering, domestic and international sales, shipping/exporting, customer needs assessments and evaluation, hands-on experience, installation, maintenance and ongoing service in the wire, cable and ancillary industry.  Forte Group was engaged in debt funding activities.
