Ms. Milner is responsible for leading M&A integration activities associated with assessment and coaching of executives and managers to ensure a successful implementation of the merger. Corinne Milner has over 30 years of experience in consulting, advising, and leading organizations through identifying and implementing changes that improve business performance in sustainable ways. Throughout her corporate career, she filled the role of conducting pre-acquisition assessments to determine the target company’s capabilities and fit with the parent organization, weighing the potential success of the planned acquisitions. Once acquisitions were deemed viable, Corinne led the integration process focused on highest and best use of human resources. Prior to joining Forte Group, Ms Milner spent 10 years in education in both the private and public sector before joining a major advertising agency, Omnicom Group. She served in multiple capacities during her 27 years at the agency including EVP Operations, President of the Customer Satisfaction Practice, and EVP Production. Corinne’s keen analytical skills and diverse experience enable her to discover problems, identify barriers that impede integration and implementation success, align learning and developmental needs to the strategic plans, and work effectively with all levels within an organization. She has coached over 500 managers and executives in her career as a Certified Axiology Analyst, using the unique Axiology assessment tool to understand employees true talents, blind spots and decision-making process. Ms. Milner has a Bachelor of Music degree from University of North Texas and carries multiple certifications in her field of coaching including Certified Innermetrix Consultant (CIC), CMT Accredited Mentor, Certified Axiology Analyst, Certified Behavioral Coach, Certified 5th Level Coach, Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and Chair, KAART Peer Advisory Board. |
