In addition to offering a full range of business planning and consulting services, James has applied his extensive business ownership, experience, and training to offer Exit Planning services to business owners. James works with business owners to create successful Exit Plans whether they choose to transfer their companies to family members, co-owners, key employees or sell to outside third parties. For over 20 years before entering private practice, James held senior level positions in a Fortune 25 company where he was responsible for $550M per year in sales, installation, billing, and collection of business services products. He managed over 600 employees with a $22M budget. He has also owned a small business and was director of a municipal economic development group. James is a Certified Financial Planner, a Certified Exit Planner, and has a Masters in Business Administration in Management. He is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and a Member of Business Enterprise Institute’s Network of Exit Planning Advisors. |
